In-Depth Session (90 minutes)

Description

I am a trauma therapist with many years of experience supporting people living with PTSD and complex PTSD (C-PTSD). My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and I am committed to helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies and more settled in relation to their past.

I hold a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Psychology and have devoted nearly two decades to studying and practising in the field of trauma therapy, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), EMDR, and Ego-State Therapy. I have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems Therapy at the IFS Institute and Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
